Week 6

Hey family and friends!

This week was pretty standard as far as things go. Working in the Family History library has gotten pretty busy lately. However, luckily we've been able to keep it manageable. Outside of zone there are a couple things that have been pretty prominent.

Last Saturday I organized with some of the other Elders to go to the Salt Lake Temple and do initiatory. This was quite literally are last chance to go for a while. The Salt Lake Temple closed the next day and is remaining closed until August 7 for renovations. Surprisingly it actually wasn't that busy even with it being the last day. It was a very spiritual experience, and it made it a whole lot more fun to be able to go with some friends.

On Sunday we were able to rest a bit. It being fast Sunday, dinner appointments for the most part did not occur. Something that was cool was being able to bless the sacrament for our branch that day. That night we also had a fireside with the Mission President which was very informative and gave us a good scope of some very important doctrine.

That is pretty much it for this week, so till next Tuesday!

Elder Hall
